Since 2012, the cooperation journey between Shanghai Jingting Electromechanical Equipment Co., Ltd. and Zhejiang Mingshida has witnessed the remarkable achievements and continuous innovations of both parties in the field of tarpaulin, boat cloth and brushed cloth products. This journey not only records the technological leap of Jingting Electromechanical, but also highlights Mingshida's outstanding position in the plastics industry.
1. Start-up and breakthrough
In early 2012, the founder of Jingting Electromechanical resigned from his old employer in Shanghai with his infinite enthusiasm for technological innovation, and officially opened a new chapter in PVC equipment process technology. In March of the same year, Jingting Electromechanical came into being, dedicated to providing customers with high-quality electromechanical equipment solutions. In April, an accidental opportunity and the introduction of a noble person brought Jingting Electromechanical and Mingshida together. The two parties worked together to successfully transform the ordinary three-layer laminating machine equipment into a three-coating and four-sticking production line (project number 1201), which is specially used to produce new products of tarpaulin and boat cloth. At the end of September of the same year, the equipment was successfully delivered and put into use. Its excellent production quality far exceeded customer expectations and won high praise from the management team of Mingshida. Since then, Jingting Electromechanical has gradually upgraded and renovated four production lines of Mingshida's original Taiwan and South Korean manufacturing equipment.
2. Steady expansion and technological innovation
From 2013 to 2017, the cooperation between Jingting Electromechanical and Mingshida continued to deepen. During this period, Jingting Electromechanical signed and approved several important engineering projects, including Project 1336 (2800mm coating and laminating machine), Project 1338 (3800mm width laminating machine), Project 1350 (3600mm calendering mill), Project 1358 (5800mm width laminating machine), etc. There are a total of 4 new production lines, and all were debugged in August 2014. In addition, Jingting Electromechanical has also undertaken a number of equipment transformation and upgrading projects, providing strong guarantees for Mingshida's production efficiency and product quality.
From 2015 to 2017, Jingting Electromechanical continued to exert its strength and signed and approved the upgrading and transformation projects of multiple projects, including Project 1516, Project 1539, Project 1568, Project 1603 (4000mm coating and laminating machine), Project 1608 (2500mm coating and laminating machine). At the same time, Jingting Electromechanical is also committed to technological innovation, such as the automatic metering system for the front section of the calender in Project 1738, which adds new elements of intelligence and automation to Mingshida's production line.
3. Deepening cooperation and quality upgrade
After entering 2018, the cooperation between Jingting Electromechanical and Mingshida has been further deepened. The two parties jointly signed and approved multiple projects, including Project 1815 (3000mm wire drawing cloth production line) and Project 1907 (3000mm laminating machine), and continued to upgrade and transform various equipment. These efforts not only improved Mingshida's production capacity, but also set an industry benchmark for its quality control in the fields of new material drawing cloth, ceiling film, boat cloth, tarpaulin and airtight cloth.
From 2020 to 2021, Jingting Electromechanical continued to assist Mingshida in quality upgrading and capacity expansion. During this period, Jingting Electromechanical signed and approved several important projects, including Project 2011 (3000mm drawing cloth production line), Project 2101 (3000mm drawing cloth production line), Project 2127 (3000mm laminating machine) and Project 2158 (3000mm drawing cloth production line). The successful implementation of these projects has effectively enhanced Mingshida's competitiveness and market position in the global plastics industry.
