On April 28, 2026, Jiangsu Jingtun Electromechanical Equipment Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "JINGTUN") has successfully delivered and commissioned its second independently designed and manufactured 6800mm ultra-wide laminating machine for Shandong Hongding. The equipment passed its first trial run with complete success and has officially entered high-efficiency continuous production for wide-format flex banner materials. The machine is operating with excellent stability, and all performance indicators meet or exceed design specifications.
Engineered specifically for high-volume production of premium wide-format flex banners, this equipment significantly enhances overall production line efficiency through high automation, rapid running speeds, and superior laminating precision, empowering the client to further capture market share in the competitive wide-format flex banner sector.
Notably, this delivery follows JINGTUN's successful deployment of China’s very first 6800mm wide-width laminating machine. With the commissioning of this second unit, JINGTUN has now manufactured two of the only three machines of this scale in the entire industry, and with a significantly faster delivery-to-production speed than peers, the company continues to solidify its leading position in the domestic wide-width laminating equipment field.
