Customer negotiation and contract signing service process


1. Please ask the customer to provide the product sample to be produced, design the equipment production flow chart according to the product, communicate and confirm the fastest production speed of the equipment, communicate the daily production capacity, monthly production capacity, annual production capacity, and personnel configuration and other details. Provide detailed equipment configuration, calculate the sales price of the whole line equipment, quote the customer, and communicate in detail.


2. The customer confirms the contract price, the general manager or authorized representative signs and seals the contract, and the project starts after paying a 40% deposit.


3. Please ask the customer to provide the factory CAD design drawing-Jingtun engineers will import the equipment flow chart into the customer's workshop for arrangement and design, and determine whether the length and height of the equipment match the factory building of the customer's factory.


4. Confirm the contract fulfillment delivery date according to the deposit arrival time. And strictly implement it according to the delivery date, and communicate with the customer at any time The progress of equipment production. When the delivery date is approaching, ask the customer to arrange the technical supervisor to the factory 15-20 days in advance to preliminarily check the production process of the acceptance equipment and whether there are any fine-tuning places for the overall equipment. If there are no improvement suggestions. After the customer arranges to pay 55% of the payment, a series of preparations such as disassembly, painting, packaging and shipment will begin.


5. Equipment transportation: The Jingtun team sells equipment that can be picked up in the factory, or Jingtun calls a car on behalf of the customer, and the customer pays the transportation fee. The Jingtun team is responsible for loading the equipment and fixing it well to ensure the safety of the equipment transportation process (except for special uncontrollable exceptions).


6. Domestic equipment installation: After the Jingtun factory delivers the equipment to the customer's factory, it arranges mechanical engineers to go to the customer's site to guide the installation work (the customer needs to be equipped with an installation team, water, oil, electrical pipelines or cement infrastructure/foundation construction production personnel). After the mechanical installation and positioning is completed, the electrical engineer will go to the site, or remotely guide the customer's electrical supervisor through the network, pull the wires and connect the wires, etc. In principle, the after-sales service for domestic customers does not exceed 35-40 days, and a separate communication fee will be charged for exceeding the period. After the after-sales service installation and commissioning is completed, the balance of 5% will be paid within 30 days after normal use.


7. If the equipment is transported to the customer's factory, the customer cannot provide a workshop to install the equipment within 30 days, which is deemed to be completed after the after-sales service, and the customer needs to arrange to pay the balance of 5%. After the subsequent installation site is confirmed, both parties will communicate and confirm and pay for the installation.


8. Foreign equipment installation is charged separately: the contract reflects the USD fee per person per day for after-sales service engineers, round-trip air tickets + food and accommodation safety + insurance costs, etc. The safety responsibility during the business trip is fully borne by the customer. The customer arranges a sea freight container truck to the factory, and the Jingtun team is responsible for loading and transporting it to the port by themselves.


9. Packaging costs: Foreign equipment needs to increase the packaging cost by 5-8% according to the customs requirements of the exporting country.
